Insurance Products Form Filings


Overview

The Government of the District of Columbia, Department of Insurance, Securities and Banking (DISB) mandated SERFF on October 1, 2007. 

The Insurance Products, Forms and Analysis Division accepts all lines of Property/Casualty and Accident/Health form filings through the System for Electronic Rates and Forms Filing (SERFF).

All lines of Life/Annuities form filings can be submitted through SERFF or via The Interstate Insurance Products Regulation Commission (Compact) within SERFF.
