Association Coverage in the District of Columbia

This Bulletin is issued to affirm the position of the Department of Insurance, Securities and Banking with regard to health insurance coverage sold to associations located in the District, as well as health insurance coverage sold to employers located in the District by captive insurers domiciled outside of the District.
