To find the status of legislation on the DC Council's Legislative Information Management System also known as LIMS.
- Go to lims.dccouncil.us or dccouncil.us/legislation
- Select the appropriate LIMS link:
- LIMS (Council Period 20)
- LIMS (Prior Council Periods)
- Select “Text of an Act” or follow the appropriate directions
- Enter “Key word” and click on the Select button
- Click on the corresponding link for the file that you are looking for
- Follow “View Legislation Online” link
- Follow “Click to Document link” to access the URL
