All resident producers (except limited lines) and Non-resident Title producers renewing an insurance license must successfully complete continuing education credits.
Insurance producers holding major line of authority (Life, Accident/Health, Property and or Casualty) must complete 24 credit hours which includes 21 general and 3 ethics. Additional credit hours do not roll over to the next year and additional ethic hours will not roll over to general credit hours.
Resident Title Producers (Attorney) - 8 credit hours
Resident Title Producers (Non-Attorney) - 16 credit hours
All Non-Resident Producers – 4 DC Specific credit hours
