- Small Business Administration - Washington Metropolitan Area District Office (WMADO) - Our office provides help with SBA services including funding programs, counseling, federal contracting certifications and disaster recovery. We can also connect you to our partner organizations, lenders and other community groups that help small businesses succeed.
- Department of Licensing and Consumer Protection Business Resource Center - The Department of Licensing and Consumer Protection (DLCP) Business and Professional Licensing Administration Business Resource Center (BRC) provides an effective path for potential and current entrepreneurs to gain valuable information through training and consultation services and grow their businesses. The BRC is a one-stop-shop concierge service where aspiring and existing business owners can become equipped with the step-by-step process of navigating the District’s regulatory process, providing business owners with information, guidelines, and support, thereby identifying opportunities to succeed in today’s business environment.
- DC Bar Pro Bono Center – The D.C. Bar Pro Bono Center operates the Small Business Legal Assistance Program to provide legal assistance to District small businesses.
- Marshall Heights Community Development Organization (MHCDO) - MHCDO provides access to many DC government leaders through its First Fridays program which introduces small business owners to resources dedicated to business expansion and filing compliance.
- TD Bank - The TD Bank Small Business Resource Center offers resources, tools, articles, videos and more to help small business owners manage their finances. .
- Operation HOPE - Operation HOPE has served millions of individuals and directed billions in economic activity into disenfranchised communities—turning check-cashing customers into banking customers, renters into homeowners, small business dreamers into small business owners, minimum wage workers into living wage consumers, and uncertain disaster victims into financially empowered disaster survivors.
