Dominion Dental Services, Inc. (“Dominion”) is a stand-alone dental carrier that wishes to offer, for the second year in a row, exchange certified pediatric-only and family (adult buy-up) dental plans on the District of Columbia Health Care Exchange. 

For the 2015 calendar year, Dominion will be offering the same adult plans and rates as submitted in 2014 (SERFF Tracking #DMND-129018874 (rates), approved August 7, 2013). The only changes to the adult plans are related to the policy form in the corresponding form filing (DMND-129531613).
