Public Bank Feasibility Study

The Department of Insurance, Securities and Banking contracted with NYMBUS Corporation to conduct a feasibility study on the establishment of a public bank in the District of Columbia. Since May 2018, DISB held four public meetings and 15 focus groups discussing the establishment of a public bank in the District of Columbia. Below are links to materials from the public meetings.
