All resident Title Insurance producers and Title Insurance Attorneys must complete the listed below continuing education credits prior to the expiration date of the license. All non-resident title producers must complete four hours of DC-specific continuing education credits. DC-specific courses are those courses which relate to title laws, regulations, and industry practices in the District of Columbia.
Non-Resident Title Insurance Producer – 4 hours of continuing education credits
Resident Title Insurance Producer – 16 hours of continuing education credits
Resident Title Insurance Attorney – 8 hours of continuing education credits
