We are revising our New Business rates for policies TIM.POL.DC and JIM.POL.DC in the District of Columbia. A comprehensive actuarial memorandum describing the assumptions underlying this rate filing has been included, as well as experience exhibits and rates. 
This filing applies to non-grandfathered policies. Non-grandfathered plans are defined as plans effective after March 23, 2010. 
The revised new business rates will be effective on or after July 1, 2012, upon your approval. 
As of October 31, 2011, there were 375 policies in force with $1,538,147 in annualized premium in the state, under the forms included within this filing. 
The forms represented in this filing are an open block of business in DC.
