Humana Insurance Company is filing its initial Actuarial Memorandum and Rates for our Humana Reader’s Digest Healthy Living Individual Medicare Supplement Plans. The forms for these policies were filed recently in SERFF # HUMA-127284687. These are new policies and are not intended to replace any other forms. These policies contain innovative benefits for dental and vision coverage.
We intend to sell these Medicare supplement plans with effective dates beginning December 1, 2011 and thereafter.
