In March 2010, the President signed into law the Patient Protection and Affordable Care Act , Pub. L. No. 111-148, and the Health Care and Education Reconciliation Act of 2010, Pub. L. No. 111-152 (collectively, "PPACA Reform"). This Bulletin provides an overview of some of the changes that will become effective September 23, 2010.
