Small and Large Group An Actuarial Memorandum is being submitted for your review and approval for additional rates to be used with our Increasing Benefit Period Rider Policy form IBDR1DC, which was filed and approved by your department on 04/25/2011 under SERFF Tracking Number ALST-127084671. The purpose of this rate filing is to reduce the rates charged when the portability option is included in coverage issued with this rider.
